Is the preview really free?
Yes. It's a design concept of your homepage, not a finished website, and it's usually ready within two business days once we know enough about your business. There's no payment and no obligation to go further.
Which package should I pick?
Pick the one closest to what you have in mind and say so in your request. We'll point you to what fits your business and your budget. You can always start small and add pages later.
What's the difference between a website and a back-end system?
Your website is what customers see. The back end is what your office uses: where leads land, how jobs get scheduled, how estimates turn into invoices. We build both, and they work best when they're connected.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually not. Most of our Tie-In work connects tools you already pay for, like QuickBooks, Jobber, Housecall Pro or Google Sheets. We only recommend a custom system when the off-the-shelf tools are costing you more time than they save.
Who owns the website and the code?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the site, the code and the content are yours, and your domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name.
What do I need to get started?
Less than you'd think. Your logo, the services you offer, the towns you cover, your contact details and any job photos you have are enough to start.
How long does it take?
Most small-business websites take two to four weeks once your content is ready. Integrations usually take one to three weeks, and custom systems are scheduled in phases. You'll get a timeline before any work begins.
Are hosting and the domain included?
Not by default. Hosting, your domain and any third-party software are separate unless your quote includes them. We'll walk you through the setup and the ongoing costs before you commit.
Can you guarantee leads or a top spot on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. Leads and rankings depend on far more than a website. What we promise is a site that's planned, built and tested before it goes live, with the scope in writing.
